Healthy, doesn't have to mean no chocolate...

Happy 2024! If Kimchi or black aged garlic are not your thing, don't worry. Chocolate (well cacao) still makes the cut as a 2024 superfood - phew!

A small amount of dark chocolate has more antioxidants in it than blueberries apparently and an anti-ageing hit too (thank-you, can definitely make use of that) and if you snack on raw cacao nibs, add them to a smoothie or sprinkle them on your breakfast, you're getting even more antioxidants and goodness, without the extras.

Oats have made the list too. Yep, the humble oat is packed with gut-friendly bacteria, helps lower cholesterol and regulates blood sugar levels.

I feel a dark chocolate flapjack craving coming on.....
