Sun not Snow!

Thankfully the snow of the start of March made way for sunshine and my second Farmer's Market was much warmer than the first. It was lovely to be standing in the sunshine and once again selling my own baked creations. This time, themed for Easter, I baked Creme Egg Brownies and Mini Eggs Hedgehog and also had some treats for Mothers Day and Fig & Date Balls. Thank-you to the returning customer who came back specifically for my Fig & Date Balls, you made my day, such a great feeling to know that people want to come back for more.
